As a first step, the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority has registered a new company, Pakistan Airport Services Limited, in Securities Exchange of Pakistan.
Civil Aviation Authority spokesman said that this new organization will work as a welfare agency for employees of Civil Aviation Authority. The Board of Directors of Civil Aviation Authority has also issued the NOC for establishing Pakistan Airport Services Limited. According to the NOC, Human Resource Authority Director Human Resource Samir Saeed has 34% shares, Director Planning and Development Nadir Shafi Dar 33% and Additional Director Compensation and Benefit of Engineer 33% shares with the new company, Pakistan Airport Services Limited.
